摘要
本文从"电子注加载改变行波管内部电磁场变化"的思路出发分析行波管的冷热匹配差异。从理论上分析电子注加载对于螺旋线高频结构的特性阻抗的改变,并提出将电子注等效成一介电张量介质以模拟电子注加载对于高频结构内电磁场的变化。利用仿真软件CST MICROWAVE STUDIO对周期永磁聚束磁场加载的情况进行仿真计算,并提出此情况下的行波管热驻波优化方案。
The difference of cold and hot matching condition of traveling wave tube is analyzed from the idea of "electron beam loading changes the electromagnetic field in traveling wave tubes".Theoretically,the characteristic impedance change of helix high frequency structure resulted from electron beam loading is analyzed,and a viewpoint is proposed in which the electron beam is regarded as dielectric tensor medium so that the electromagnetic field change in high frequency field due to electron beam loading can be simulated.We use software CST Microwave Studio to simulate the situation of the periodic permanent magnetic field loading,and put forward an optimal hot VSWR design scheme of traveling wave tubes.
