从光伏背板技术发展路线谈氟碳涂料技术发展 被引量:8

摘要 背板是光伏组件最重要的封装材料之一,背板材料的质量直接关系光伏组件的发电效率及使用寿命。本研究对背板材料的关键作用及特点、背板产品技术发展路线、涂氟背板发展机遇及氟碳涂料技术研究等方面进行了阐述。未来背板市场将是高分子柔性背板、玻璃背板和其他材质背板共存的时代;目前,除玻璃背板外的传统氟碳材料背板仍是主流,以氟碳涂料涂覆的背板材料将在传统背板市场占据重要位置,氟碳涂料在光伏发电系统中的应用将越来越广,同时在氟碳涂料技术改进下,传统背板的针对性和特定环境应用功能化将更加明显。未来,如何提升背板材料的特定环境应用功能化以及降低被新型背板材料的替代风险将是背板材料技术和氟碳涂料技术发展的新挑战。 Backsheet is one of the most important assembling materials for photovoltaic module. The quality of backsheet directly affects the power generation efficiency and service life of photovoltaic module. In this paper, the key role and characteristics of backsheet, tech- nical development route, development opportunities and technical research of fluorocarbon coatings were described. The results show that polymer flexible backsheet, glass backsheet and other backsheets will coexist in the future market. At present, the traditional fluorocarbon backsheet is still leading the market. In addition, the fluorocarbon coatings will be further used in photovohaic module. The innovations of fluorocarbon coatings might enable the traditional backsheet to have more obvious characteristics such as specialty and functionality in specific environment. In future, how to improve functional application in specific environment and re- duce the replacement risk by other new backsheet will be new challenges for backsheet tech- nology and fluorocarbon coatings technology as well.
