化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Control Study of Huayu Xiaowei Decoction for Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

[目的]观察化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性篓缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组60例维酶素1.0g/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组60例化瘀消萎汤(五灵脂、蒲黄、当归、蒲公英、黄芪各15g,砂仁、檀香、桃仁、莪术、白及各9g,赤芍、鸡内金、郁金各12g,三七粉3g,白花蛇舌草20g,丹参24g);气虚加太子参12g,黄芪15g;湿热加滑石20g,蒲公英15g。1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效28例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率91.67%。对照组痊愈5例,显效16例,有效20例,无效19例,总有效率68.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Huayu Xiaowei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.[Method]With application of randomized parallel control method,120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups simply according to their clinic order numbers.60 cases in the control group were given vitacoenzyme tablets 1.0g/time,3 times/d,which were orally taken 30 min before meals.But 60 patients in the treatment group were given Huayu Xiaowei decoction（Faeces trogopterori,cattail pollen,angelica,dandelion and astragalus,15 g each,amomum,sandalwood,peach kernel,curcuma zedoary and white 9g each,radix paeoniae rubra,gallus domesticus and turmeric,12 g each,notoginseng powder 3g,oldenlandia diffusa 20 g,Salvia 24g）;if deficiency of vital energy plus heterophylla 12 g,astragalus 15g;if heat plus talc20 g,dandelion 15 g.ldose/d,water decoction 400 mL,warm-taken in the morning and evening.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions were observed.The efficiency was determined after 2 courses of continuous treatment.[Results]In the treatment group,18 cases recovered,28 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,so the total efficiency was 91.67%.In the control group,5 cases recovered,16 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,19 cases were invalid,so the total efficiency was 68.33%.The efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Symptom scores of both groups improved（P〈0.05）,which in treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The efficiency of Huayu XiaoWei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was satisfactory without serious adverse reactions.Thus,it is worth promoting.
