桑白皮汤联合西药治疗痰热蕴肺型肺心病随机平行对照研究

Sanbaipi Soup combined with Phosphate Sodium in Lungs Cor Needle Therapy Phlegm Accumulation Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察桑白皮汤联合西药治疗痰热蕴肺型肺心病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将128例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组64例控制性氧疗、抗感染、解痉、化痰、平喘,磷酸肌酸钠,1g/次,1~2次/d,30~45min内完成静滴。治疗组64例桑白皮汤(法半夏10g,桑白皮15g,紫苏子10g,浙贝母15g,黄芩、北杏仁、麻黄~灸、积实各10g,甘草6g;大便不通加大黄^(后下)10g),1剂/d,水煎400m]L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、LVID;RVID;肺动脉压;PaO_2;PaCO_2不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效32例,无效3例,总有效率95.3 1%。对照组显效23例,有效30例,无效11例,总有效率82.81%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。LVID;RⅥD;肺动脉压;PaO_2;PaCO_2两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]桑白皮汤联合西药治疗痰热蕴肺型肺心病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the mulberry soup needle therapy combined with phosphate sodium retention in the lung pulmonary heart disease phlegm effect.[MethodsRandomized parallel controlled method,128 inpatients law by simple coin toss randomized into two groups.64 cases in the control group controlled oxygen therapy,anti-infective,antispasmodic,expectorant,asthma,phosphate sodium,lg/times,l to 2times/d,within 30~45min to complete the infusion.After constipation increased yellow;the treatment group crcases Morus alba soup（Fabanxia 10 g,Sangbaipi 15 g,Zisuzi 10 g,Zhebeimu 15 g,Huangqin,Beixingren,Mahaungz hi,Zhishi 10 g,Gancao 6g,Dahuang 10g）,1 ji/d,decoction 400 mL,morning and evening postprandial oral oral,200mL/second;western medicine with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,LVID,RVID,pulmonary artery pressure,PaO_2,PaCO_2,adverse reactions.4 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 29 cases.effective 32 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.31%.The control group 23 cases markedly effective in 30 cases,11 cases ineffective,the total efficiency 82.81%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Pulmonary vascular indexes improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Morus alba soup needle therapy combined with phosphate sodium retention in the lung pulmonary heart disease phlegm satisfactory outcome,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
