降脂通脉饮联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症随机平行对照研究

Jiangzhitongmai Drink combined with Simvastatin Treatment Hyperlipidemia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察降脂通脉饮联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例辛伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例降脂通脉饮（山楂、枳壳、钩藤各15g,丹参、白术、泽泻各20g,大黄^酒、三七、甘草、胆南星各6g,天麻、红花各12g,葛根25g,神曲11g,茯苓32g）,1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服,200mL/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效18例,无效6例,总有效率88.00%。对照组显效20例,有效14例,无效16例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。血脂指标两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]降脂通脉饮联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Jiangzhitongmai drink simvastatin tablets in treating hyperlipidemia.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,100 inpatients law by simple coin toss randomized into two groups.The control group of 50 patients simvastatin,20mg/times,l times/d.Treatment group of 50 patients Jiangzhitongmai drink（Shanzha,Zhike,Gouteng each 15 g,Dansehn,Baizhu,Zexie 20g,Sanqi,Gancao,Dannanxing 6 g,Tianma,Honghua each 12g,Gegen 25g,Shenqu llg.Fuling 32g）,l ji/d,decoction 400 mL,sooner or later,oral,200mL/times.Western medicine with the control group.10 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment for 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 26 cases,effective in 18 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of88.00%.The control group 20 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,16 cases,the total efficiency of 68.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Lipid levels improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Jiangzhitongmai drink combined with simvastatin in treating hyperlipidemia satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
