黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病性周围神经病随机平行对照研究

Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of Five Ingredients combined with Methylcobalamin in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病性周围神经病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将54例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组27例甲钴胺,0.5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组27例黄芪桂枝五物汤(桂枝、当归、丹参、茯苓、赤芍各15g,红花、地龙各12g,白芍10g,黄芪50g,鸡血藤30g,生地黄20g,生姜2片,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经传导速度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率92.59%。对照组显效10例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率70.37%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。神经感觉传导速度两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病性周围神经病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Guizhi decoction of five ingredients combined with methylcobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,54 cases of inpatient and outpatient simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.27 cases in the control group mecobalamin,0.5mg/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 27 cases HuangQiGuiZhi soup（Guizhi,Danggui,Danshen,Fuling,Chishao 15 g,Honghua,Dilong 12 g,Baishao 10 g,Huangqi 50 g,Jixueteng 30g,Shengdihaung 20 g,Shengjiang 2,Gancao 6g）,l ji/d,decoction 400 mL,sooner or later,oral,200mL/second;western medicine with the control group.21 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 18 cases.effective in 7 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 92.59%.The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 70.37%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Sensory nerve conduction velocity improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]HuangQiGuiZhi soup joint mecobalamin neurological complications of diabetes results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
