摘要 中国的"在家上学"现象,既不是模仿美式"家庭学校"的西化,也不是重返中国传统私塾的复古,而是部分中国家长由于对我国现行应试教育体制高度不满,选择让孩子"逃离学校,回归家庭"接受个性化教育的一种尝试。这种尝试处于起步阶段,尚未形成完备规范的体系并存在诸多问题。为了推动中国式"在家上学"与我国正规学校教育相辅相成,达成价值共识,并真正发挥全面提升孩子社会竞争能力的作用,我国的教育行政机构应努力实现"两个支持"和"一个协调",同时,我国的教育研究者应更多、更深入地开展对中国式"在家上学"发展现状、相关法律问题、教育实施效果及未来发展前景等问题的探讨及分析。 This article shows that the Chinese home-schooling is neither westernization nor reversion,but a kind of attempt that some Chinese parents choose to let their children run away from school to get personalised education at home due to their discontentment of the current exam-oriented education system.This attempt is just at its initial stage,which means that it has not yet established a complete and normative education system and has numerous problems as well.In order to promote Chinese home-schooling become a powerful complement to formal school education and play an important role in enhancing children's social competition ability,this article argues that China's educational institutions should strive to achieve "two supports" and "one coordination",at the same time,China's education researchers should study more about the current situation,related legal issues,implementation effects and future prospects of Chinese home-schooling.
