摘要
在全面介绍了高校教务管理系统的结构和功能的基础上 ,结合该系统的开发 ,详细论述了用C + +Builder进行网络数据库开发的思想和应用技术 ,同时 ,针对高校教务管理系统的数据库开发的特点 。
The function of a University Educational Administration System is introduced and the main principles of the database design and some programming skills using C++ Builder are also described. Based on the development of the University Educational Administration System, some practical experience and methods are presented.
