摘要
论述了企业信息化与知识创造、信息集权分权以及组织结构之间的关系 ,说明了在企业信息化过程中 ,知识创新和信息效率是目的 ,而组织结构调整则是手段。但是与流行的观点———组织结构向扁平化方向发展———相反的是 。
The relationship between the corporate digitalization and knowledge creation, and between information concentration and organizational structure are discussed. It is explained that knowledge innovation and information efficiency are ends, while the organizational structure is a means in the digitalized process. It is pointed that there is no set mode of structure adjustment.
