血小板源性生长因子基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样斑块性质的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨PDGF-D rs3809021、rs7950273位点基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的相关性。方法 :273例冠心病患者根据冠脉造影及血管内超声检查(IVUS)结果将粥样斑块分为稳定斑块组、易损斑块组、混合斑块组;应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测PDGF-D rs3809021、rs7950273基因多态性及测序鉴定,并与112例正常者对照。结果:PDGF-D基因rs3809021位点多态性在冠心病组和对照组的分布差异无统计学意义。PDGF-D基因rs7950273位点中,携带C等位基因的基因型(CG+CC)可增加总体冠心病发病风险;易损斑块组患者的C等位基因频率分布最高。结论:PDGF-D rs7950273位点基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块性质相关,C等位基因使易损斑块的发生率增加,rs7950273位点C等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传易感基因。
