黄芪多糖注射液对Ⅱ-Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌放疗患者免疫功能影响研究

Study of Effect on Immune Function of Patients Receiving Radiotherapy with Stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated by Astragalus Polyose Injection

目的:观察黄芪多糖注射液对Ⅱ-Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌放疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法:80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均进行放疗,观察组加用黄芪多糖注射液治疗。结果:经治疗后观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,Karnofsky评分、SF-36评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖注射液可有效改善Ⅱ-Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌放疗患者免疫功能。

Objective ： To observe the effect on immune function of patients receiving radiotherapy with stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ non- small cell lung cancer treated by Astragalus Polyose Injection, Method： 80 cases were divided into 2 groups in random, 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the study group. Both groups were treated with radiotherapy and the study group were treated with Astragalus Polyose Injection additionally. Result： After the treatment, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋, Karnofsky score and SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Astragalus Polyose Injection could improve immune function of patients receiving radiotherapy with stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ non- small cell lung cancer.
