中西医结合治疗偏头痛性眩晕40例观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗偏头痛性眩晕的效果。方法:80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组均给予西医治疗,观察组加用中药治疗。结果:头痛性眩晕发作频率观察组1天(3.4±0.8)次,对照组(5.2±1.5)次。总有效率观察组95.0%、对照组80.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗的基础上用中药治疗偏头痛性眩晕临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect on migrainous vertigo treated by combination of TCM and western medicine. Method： 80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group evenly in random. Both groups were treated by western medicine treatment and the observation group were treated by Chinese herbs in addition, Result： The seizure frequencies of migrainous vertigo of the observation group was （3.4 ± 0.8） times one day while that of the control groups was （ 5.2 ±1.5 ） times one day. The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.5% while that of the control group was 62.50%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of the application of Chinese herbs on the basis of conventional Western medicine on migraine vertigo is significant.
