姜黄素对衰老小鼠皮肤老化的干预性作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察姜黄素对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠皮肤的干预性作用。方法随机把小鼠分为4组:模型组、姜黄素组、生理盐水组和对照组,每组10只。除对照组外,每天于小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖125mg/kg,连续注射42天,制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型。在造模21天后,姜黄素组,每天每只小鼠按姜黄素80mg/kg进行灌胃,生理盐水组同等量生理盐水灌胃,正常对照组和模型组不进行灌胃,连续灌胃21天后,分别处死小鼠,分别检测血清与皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醇(MDA)和羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量的变化。结果对照组与模型组血清与皮肤组织中的各项指标相比差异有统计学意义((P<0.05)。姜黄素组与模型组比较可提高衰老小鼠血清和皮肤中S0D活性(P<0.05),增加HYP含量(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.01)。生理盐水组与模型组比较各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素可阻止由D-半乳糖引起的皮肤衰老现象,对延缓和预防皮肤衰老具有一定作用。 Objective To observe intervention effect of Curcuma on mouse skin aging induced by D - galactose. Methods 40 mouse were randomly divided into four groups: model, Curcuma, saline and control. They were injected 150mg/kg D - galactose subcutancously once daily to prepare subac ageing model. After 21 days curcuma group received intragastric 80mg/( kg · d), saline group Iad acum partes NS for 21 days continuously. The serum and skin SOD activity, MDA and HYP content of the 4 groups were observed. Results Serum and skin SOD activity, MDA and HYP content were detected. Control group and model group had significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Curcuma group and model group had significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Saline group and model group had significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Curcuma can delay and prevent skin aging induced by D- galactose.
