皮肤Rosai-Dofman症1例

A Case of Cutaneous Rosai- Dofman Disease

患者男,29岁,表现为暗黄红色斑块、结节,无系统损害。组织病理示真皮全层及皮下组织浅层大量组织细胞、淋巴细胞及浆细胞,可见淋巴细胞吞噬现象。免疫组化染色示S-100(+);CD68(部分细胞阳性);CD1α(-)。诊断:皮肤Rosai-Dofman症。患者放弃治疗。

A 29 - year - old male presented with yellowish - red plaques and nodules without any system damage. The biopsy specimen showed dense inflammatory infiltrates, composed of histiocytes, lymphocytes and plasma ceils in the dermis and shallow layer of subcutaneous tissue. The lymphocytes were seen within the cytoplasm of these histiocytes. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that the histiocytes were strongly positive for S - 100 protein, partial positive for CD68 and negative for CD1α. The cutaneous Rosai - Dofman disease （CRDD） was confirmed. But the patient gave up treatment.
