斑片型环状肉芽肿1例

A Case of Patch Granuloma Annulare

患者女,35岁。右大腿无症状红色斑片半年。皮损组织病理表现为真皮内组织细胞和淋巴细胞构成的非典型肉芽肿改变,阿申兰染色示胶原纤维间黏蛋白沉积。诊断:斑片型环状肉芽肿。外用糠酸莫米松软膏2个月后皮疹好转。

A 35-year-old female presented with 6-month history of asymptomatic erythematous patcla on me ngnt thign. Histopathological examination revealed a dermal atypical infiltration of both lymphocytes and histiocytes. Alcian blue staining revealed mucin deposition among the collagen fibers. Based on the clinical and histopathological findings, a diagnosis of patch granuloma annulare was made. The lesion was improved after two months of topical mometasone.
