Progress in the Treatment of Dark Circles Around the Eyes

黑眼圈是位于双侧眶周,呈环形,外观颜色较正常皮肤相对深,可分为色素型、血管型、结构型及混合型四类。治疗方法包括外用药物、化学换肤、激光治疗、强脉冲光治疗、注射治疗及手术治疗等。本文主要就其各种治疗的原理、方法及不良反应等作一综述,旨在为临床医生治疗黑眼圈提供更多的参考。

Dark circles around the eyes（DCAE） are located at bilateral periorbital skin, which are manifested with the shape of ring, with relatively deeper color compared with the normal skin. DCAE can be divided into pigmented,vascular, structural and mixed types according to their different clinical appearance. Treatment options include topical agents, chemical peeling, laser therapy, intense pulsed light therapy, injection treatment and surgical treatment. This review described the principles, Methods in details and adverse reactions of various treatments, which may be helpful for clinicians who treat DCAE.
