农村公共服务优先序研究述评与思考——基于农户满意度与需求度二维视角

The Comment and Thinking of Researching Methods' Priority Order for Rural Public Service——Based on the Angle of Farmers' Satisfaction and Demand Two Demension

基于农户满意度和需求度进行农村公共服务优先序研究文献繁多,对这些研究进行归纳总结与述评,指出其缺陷与不足,并尝试预测未来研究的发展方向,可以为今后的研究提供参考。部分学者研究视野局限于满意度和需求度两者中的一个维度,运用不同方法进行优先序的研究。为了弥补以上研究的缺陷和不足,也有些学者遵循"需求为主,满意为辅"的原则,将满意度和需求度两个维度的调查数据结合起来进行分析,以得出更具参考性的结论。同时,在以下几个方面需要进行深入研究:确定农村公共服务概念及分类;多种方法结合分析;预测农村公共服务供给优先序未来发展变化。

There are many literatures study on the farmers' satisfaction and demand.This article summarizes and reviews these literatures,points out the defects and deficiencies and attempts to indicate its future research direction.It will help to provide references for future research.Some scholars study the priority order with different methods based on the angle of satisfaction or demand two demension.To make up for its defects and deficiencies,some scholars follow the principle of ' demand is priority,satisfaction is complementary' and analyze the survey data based on both satisfaction and demand to draw a more referenced conclusion.Meanwhile,some aspects need to be studied deeply:to determine the conception and classification of rural public service;to analyze based on the combination of multiple ways;to study on the priority order for rural public service supply and Forecast its trend.
