摘要
目的了解公立医院实施健康教育现状。方法对北京市8家综合公立医院健康教育工作情况进行问卷调查和专家访谈，发现其中存在的问题。结果目前医院健康教育组织机构基本建立（100．0％），健康教育的形式和内容也在不断丰富，但同时还面临健康教育供给相对不足、管理者和医务人员对医院健康教育的认识和重视程度不足、医院健康教育人力资源及政策保障缺乏、适合医院发展且高效的健康教育模式尚未建立等问题。结论要明确政府职责，加大支持力度；进一步完善人才培养机制，加强医院健康教育队伍建设；建立评估体系，探讨适合医院健康教育可持续发展模式。
Objective To learn the present health education at public hospitals. Methods Questionnaires survey and specialist interview were used at eight public hospitals in Beijing. Results Establishment of hospital health education organizations（ 100. 0 %）, and greater diversity in the forms and contents of health education. Problems found include short supply of health education, and lack of attention by both management and employees for such education, lack of HR resource and policy support, and that of a health education pattern for hospital to develop an efficient health education. Conclusions Proposals made are as follows： clear definition of government role and greater support; better training mechanism to develop a team for such education, an appraisal system to probe into a model desirable for sustainable development of hospital health education.
