本文主要从"为员工创造良好的物质基础;营造良好的工作氛围;打造良好的企业文化;工作与家庭的平衡;提高民主化管理水平,开放高效的组织沟通;提供发展空间,实现自我价值"等方面阐述提高员工幸福感的新思路。
This paper puts forward new ideas to improve employee happiness, mainly from perspectives for creating good material basis for staff, building a good working atmosphere, developing a good corporate culture,striking a balance between work and family, improving the democratic management, providing efficient organizational communication, and encouraging self development and helping realize self value.
