摘要
在对箱体类零件的加工特征及特征参数进行仔细分析、归纳和总结 ,对特征实体造型进行深入研究的基础上 ,提出了一种基于特征实体模型的截面轮廓造型自动特征识别方法 .这种方法能够从单个造型特征的自身局部的数据结构入手 ,根据造型软件的造型特点 ,将此造型特征在草图上的横截面外轮廓环识别出来 ,再根据制定的特征规则及其成型特点识别出具体的加工特征 ,有效地避免了特征重组和相交特征识别的难点 ,实现了对复杂箱体类零件的加工特征自动识别 。
After analysis of machining feature and feature parameter of the box part and further investigation on feature entity's model, a novel automatic recognition approach was proposed that machining feature was automatically extracted by cross-sectional outline of a feature-based entity's model. This method starts with the data structure of the individual model design feature itself, according to the model characteristic of the CAD software, automatically recognizes the outline ring outside the cross section in the sketch map of design feature of this model, matches the feature rule and its peculiarity and identifies each concrete machining feature. This may effectually prevents the problems about feature recombination and feature. This way effectually prevents the problems about feature recombination and feature interaction recognition. Thus that implemented that automatic recognition of machining feature of complex box part and the automatic information transition of CAD/CAPP system.
