摘要
报道了一种含苯基结构环己醇的合成方法,以卤代芳烃与金属镁在干燥的四氢呋喃中反应制得苯基溴化镁,再进一步与环己酮反应生成得到该化合物。该化合物可以通过反应条件的变化生成烯、环己二醇等化合物。因此该类醇类化合物在过渡金属催化的串联反应研究领域有着重要的作用。该方法具有原料易得,操作简单等优点,产物经过核磁等手法得以确认。
We reported a synthesis of cyclohexanol containing phenyl structure , via aryl halides with magnesium metal in dry tetrahydrofuran to get the phenylmagnesium bromide , and then add cyclohexanone slowly to it to get the compound. This compound can be generated, cyclohexene diol compound by varying the reaction conditions. So such alcohols plays an important role in the field of tandem reactions catalyzed by transition metals. This method has the raw instrument, simple operation, etc., the product can be confirmed through magnetic resonance imaging and other techniques.
