摘要 提出了采用接力热管式油管进行稠油开采井筒伴热的观点。对接力热管式油管系统的伴热过程进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:接力热管式油管系统能有效提升稠油的出口温度,其伴热效果随热管支数的增加而降低;在保证热管内管内径一定时,热管的间隙越小,出口油温越高。 The view of using relay heat pipe system as oil tube in heavy oil exploitation of wellbore heat company was put forward. The working process of relay heat pipe tube system was simulated and analyzed. The results show that for each heat pipe used as the oil tube, its working process actually was a vertical radius heat pipe and the wick must be set up inside. The relay heat pipe tube system can effectively promote the outlet temperature of the heavy oil, and the effect reduced with the increase of the number of heat pipe in the system. The heat pipe gap smaller between the inner and outer pipes, the oil temperature higher under the condition of constant inner pipe diameter of the heat pipe.
