摘要
乌鲁木齐石化炼油厂溶剂再生装置运行过程中经常存在MDEA脱硫溶液污染、发泡的问题。本文分析了造成MDEA溶液发泡的污染物的组成和来源,剖析了影响MDEA溶液发泡性和泡沫稳定性的主要因素,并通过溶剂再生装置运行的实际工作经验来预防及控制溶剂发泡,达到了降低溶剂发泡概率、减少溶剂损耗的目的。
The oil refinery solvent regeneration unit of Petro China Urumqi Petrochemical Company has often encountered the problems of MDEA desulfuration solution contamination and foaming during operation. This paper analyses the composition and source of the pollutant causing MDEA solution foaming and the main factors affecting MDEA solution foamability and foam stability,practical operation experience of solvent regeneration unit is applied to prevent and control solvent from foaming so as to reduce foaming probability and solvent loss.
