生理性起搏与非生理性起搏治疗缓慢性心律失常的效果观察

Observation of the Effects of Physiological Pacing and Nonphysiological Pacing in the Treatment of Slow Arrhythmia

目的:探讨生理性起搏与非生理性起搏治疗缓慢性心律失常的效果。方法:88例缓慢性心律失常患者随机两组,对照组44例,采用非生理性起搏方式进行治疗,观察组44例,采用生理性起搏方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的术后症状改善率、并发症发生率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张期末内径(LVDd)及左心房内径(LAD)的差异性。结果:两组术后症状改善率、并发症发生率、LVEF、LVDd、LAD相比较,存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:生理性起搏方式治疗缓慢性心律失常,缓解患者的病情效果明显。

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the effects of physiological and non physiological pacing in the treatment of slow arrhythmia. Methods: 88 cases of slow chronic arrhythmia patients into 2 groups at random, 44 cases in the control group, were treated by non physiological pacing mode, 44 patients in the observation group, using the physiological pacing treatment, compared two groups of patients with postoperative symptom improvement rate, complication rate, left ventricular ejection ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter(LVEF) and left atrial diameter(LAD) difference. Results: The two groups of postoperative symptoms improvement rate, incidence of complications, LVEF,LVDd,LAD were compared, there were significant differences, P<0.05. Conclusion:The treatment of slow arrhythmia in the treatment of slow arrhythmia, the effect of the patient's condition is obvious.
