输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗肾盂旁囊肿合并肾结石的应用

Application of Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser in Treatment of Parapelvic Cyst Combined Renal Calculus

目的:探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光治疗肾盂旁囊肿合并肾结石(PCCRC)的应用效果。方法:PCCRC患者127例分为观察组和对照组。观察组65例,采用输尿管镜辅助下钬激光术式治疗。对照组62例,采用开放性术式治疗者纳入。对比两组手术相关指标,疗效情况,以及预后情况。结果:观察组的手术时间和出血量,以及住院时间均较对照组明显更少(均P<0.05)。两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后随访1年显示有1例结石残留及1例结石复发,对照组术后有1例囊肿残留和1例囊肿复发,以及2例结石复发,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜下钬激光术式对PCCRC患者的疗效及预后较好,安全性较高。

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal pelvic cyst complicated with renal calculi (PCCRC). Methods:Patients with pccrc 127 cases divided into observation group and control group. Observation group (65 cases), using the ureter mirror holmium laser incision in the treatment of. 62 cases in the control group, treated with open surgery type were included. Compared two groups of indicators related to the operation, curative effect, and prognosis.Results: In the observation group, the operation time, bleeding volume, and length of hospital stay was significantly lower than that of control group was significantly less (P<0.05). The total effective rate between the two groups no significant (P>0.05). Observation group were followed up 1 year display 1 cases of residual calculi and 1 case of recurrence, 1 case residual cyst and 1 case cyst recurrence after surgery in the control group, and 2 cases of stone recurrence, two groups compared to the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect and prognosis of PCCRC patients with holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureter is better, and the safety is higher.
