Clinical Diagnosis of Fetal Dandy-Walker Syndrome

目的:探讨胎儿Dandy-Walker综合征(DWS)的临床诊断方法。方法:回顾性分析4例胎儿DWS的临床资料并结合文献复习,总结DWS的超声、MRI影像学特征、诊断及处理方式。结果:超声检查发现4例患儿均为妊娠中晚期胎儿DWS,3例引产,1例行胎儿MRI协助诊断后引产,4例均未行染色体核型检查。结论:胎儿DWS在妊娠中晚期诊断,掌握胎儿DWS超声与MRI影像学特征,可早期识别、及时产前诊断和正确处理。

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the fetal Dandy-Walker syndrome (DWS) clinical diagnosis method. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 4 cases of fetal DWS and literature review, summarize DWS ultrasound, MRI imaging characteristics, diagnosis and treatment. Results:The ultrasound examination showed that 4 cases were in late pregnancy fetal DWS, 3 cases of abortion, 1 cases of fetal MRI to assist in the diagnosis of induced abortion, 4 cases were not performed karyotype analysis. Conclusion:DWS occurs in late pregnancy, master of fetal DWS ultrasound and MRI imaging features, early identiifcation, prenatal diagnosis and proper disposal.
