摘要 目的探讨阿托品化时间对急性重度有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者临床疗效的影响和临床意义.方法:158名急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者按不同的阿托品化时间分为A组(〈4h)、B组(4~8h)、C组(8~12h)和D组(〉12h),比较各组患者的意识恢复时间、阿托品总用量、住院时间和发生中毒并发症等情况.结果:各组患者中,阿托品化时间与患者的意识恢复成正比;阿托品化时间〈8h的患者组,阿托品总用量、住院时间和中毒并发症发生率随阿托品化时间减少而减少,具有统计学意义;而〉8h组别则无明显差别.结论:急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者,应〈8h达到阿托品化状态,可减少阿托品药物总用量、住院时间、缩短意识恢复时间和减少急性中毒并发症. [ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigatethe clinical curative effect and clinical significance of atropinization’s time in patients with AOPP. Methods: 158 AOPP patients were divided into four groups according to different atropinization’stime:group A (within 4 hours), group B (4~8 hours), group C (8~12hours) and D group (over 12 hours),compared between groups with theconsciousness recovery time,the total amount of atropine,hospitalization’s time and poisoning complications, and so on. Results: In each group of patients, theatropinization’s time was proportional to the patient’s consciousness recovery time. If atropinization’s time was within 8 hours,the total amount of atropin, hospitalization time and poisoning complications rate were declined ,whichassociated with atropinization’s time;They had significant difference. If atropinization’s time was over 8 hours,they had no significant difference. Conclusions:For AOPP patients, Atropinization’s time should be achieved in less than 8 hours, these would reduce the total amount of atropin, hospitalization’s time,consciousness recovery time and poisoning complications.
