慢性肾脏病住院患者的疾病不确定感现状及影响因素调查

Status and Influencing Factors of Illness Uncertainty in Hospitalized Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:调查慢性肾脏病住院患者的疾病不确定感现状及影响因素调查。方法:125例慢性肾脏病患者采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A量表)评价疾病不确定感,调查患者临床资料,分析影响患者疾病不确定感的相关因素。结果:125例患者MUIS-A量表得分为(85.9±8.1)分,疾病不确定感为中度。疾病病程、临床症状个数、获取知识途径的个数、文化程度是影响患者疾病不确定感的主要因素。结论:慢性肾脏病住院患者的疾病不确定感较高,影响因素多。

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of uncertainty in illness among hospitalized patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods:125 cases of chronic kidney disease patients with Disease Uncertainty Scale (MUIS-A scale) to evaluate the uncertainty of the disease, the clinical data of the survey, analysis of the factors affecting the uncertainty of the patient's disease. Results:The scores of MUIS-A in 125 patients were (85.9±8.1), and the degree of illness was not sure. Disease course, clinical symptoms, the number of knowledge, and the degree of culture are the main factors that affect the patient's uncertainty. Conclusion: Patients with chronic kidney disease are not highly sensitive to disease, and the influencing factors are many.
