宫腔镜手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Uterine Scar Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

目的:分析宫腔镜手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的临床治疗效果。方法:90例行CSP的孕妇分为研究组(n=45例)和对照组(n=45例),对照组予以传统开腹手术进行治疗,研究组予以宫腔镜手术进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量都显著低于对照组;研究组β-HCG恢复时间、月经恢复时间及住院时间都明显少于对照组;研究组术后1周β-HCG下降程度显著高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CSP孕妇予以宫腔镜手术治疗,能有效终止妊娠,创伤较小,可快速恢复身体。

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy(CSP) after cesarean section. Methods:90 cases of CSP of pregnant women divided into study group (n=45cases) and control group (n=45cases), control group were treated with traditional open surgery for treatment, study group be operative hysteroscopy treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results:The operative time, intraoperative bleeding were signiifcantly lower than those of the control group;group ofβ-HCG recovery time, menstrual recovery time and hospitalization time was obviously less than that of the control group;1 weekβ-HCG decreased after operation in the study group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion:CSP pregnant women to be treated by hysteroscopy surgery, can effectively terminate pregnancy, less trauma, can quickly restore the body.
