复方益母草口服液联合米非司酮对药物流产后阴道出血临床疗效的观察

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Yimucao Oral Liquid Combined with Mifepristone on Vaginal Bleeding after Drug Abortion

目的:探讨药物流产后降低出血量及减少阴道出血时间的方法。方法:行药物流产妇女318例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各159例,治疗组孕囊排出后服用复方益母草口服液和米非司酮,对照组服用米非司酮和米索前列醇。结果:完全流产率治疗组比对照组高(P<0.05),出血时间治疗组比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产后,服用复方益母草口服液和米非司酮能提高完全流产率,降低出血量,减少出血时间。

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the method of reduction on vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding time. Methods:318 cases of drug abortion were randomly selected and then equally divided into treatment and control groups, n=159 for each. Patients in the treatment group received compound Yimucao oral liquid and mifepristone, while those in the control group were given mifepristone and misoprostol after blastophore be discharged. Results: Compared with that in the control group, higher complete abortion rate, shorter bleeding time in the observation group were observed after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusions: Using compound Yimucao oral liquid combined with mifepristone after drug abortion can shorten the vaginal bleeding amount, time and increase the abortion rate.
