自拟清肝方联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察 被引量:8

Clinical Observation of Qinggan Decoction Combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

摘要 目的:观察自拟清肝方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:60例NAFLD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(30例)患者给予口服中药复方自拟清肝方,对照组(30例)给予口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱,两组疗程均12周,观察两组治疗前后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肝脏彩超、血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平等变化情况。结果:两组血清ALT,AST的水平都发生了显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组彩超检查提示肝组织学病变程度均有一定程度改善。治疗组的血清TGF-β1降低十分显著,血清SOD升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清肝方对NAFLD患者有明显的保肝降酶作用,可改善NAFLD的肝脏组织学病变程度。 [ABSTRACT]Objective: To observe the effect of Qinggan Decoction on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) clinical curative effect. Methods: 60 cases of patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, the treatment group (n=30) in patients with given oral Chinese herbal compound Qinggan Decoction, control group (30 cases) to give oral polyene phosphatidyl choline, the course of treatment in the two groups were treated for 12 weeks observed treatment in the two groups before and after serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), glutamic acid amino transfer enzyme (AST) and liver ultrasound and serum transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF - beta 1), change of superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. Results:In both groups, the serum ALT, AST levels have taken place in the decreased significantly (P<0.05) and between the groups has no difference (P>0.05); after treatment, two groups of color Doppler ultrasound examination suggested that liver tissue pathological changes degree have a certain degree of improvement. In the treatment group, the serum TGF- beta 1 was significantly decreased, the serum SOD was increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Qinggan has obvious effect on liver function in patients with NAFLD, NAFLD can improve the liver histological lesions.
