我院恶性肿瘤患者离院方式、治疗及总费用调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Way, the Treatment and the Total Cost of Patients with Malignant Tumor in Our Hospital

目的:分析我院恶性肿瘤患者的离院方式、治疗及总费用变化情况。方法:将我院12032例恶性肿瘤患者的患者编号、主要诊断结果、手术名称及时间、操作名称及时间、离院方式、治疗方式及总费用等输入数据库,用Excel数据表进行统计分析。结果:12032例恶性肿瘤患者中,离院方式以医嘱离院人次为主;治疗方式多为手术治疗,手术治疗死亡率为10.2%;治疗费用多为5万以下,治疗费用10万以上死亡率最高,为8.2%;手术可使治疗总费用增多。结论:医院应加强恶性肿瘤患者治疗费用的监督和控制,并对恶性肿瘤患者疾病的早期控制。

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To analyze ways of departure from the hospital, treatment and the total cost of patients with malignant tumors in our hospital. Methods:Thenumber, main diagnosis, surgery name and time, operation and time, ways of departure from the hospital, the total cost of 12,032 cancer patients in hospital were analyzed using Excel spreadsheets.Result:In these 12,032 cases, most of them discharged by doctors;they were treated mainly by surgery and the surgical mortality rate was 10.2%;treatment costs were mainly under 50,000, while those who spend more than 100,000 had the highest mortality with 8.2 percent;surgery can increase the total cost of treatment. Conclusion: The hospital should strengthen the supervision and control on cancer treatment costs, and control the malignant diseases in an early stage.
