摘要
目的探讨医院品库房管理中存在的问题,提出解决措施.方法：采用优化库存结构;调整供应商到住院药房二级库的流程,药品计算机管理和可视化标识管理等方法,增加仓储能力.结果：2007～2015年,药品采购金额增长了1.17倍;药品周转指数由2.38提高到5.13;药库每月药品库存额占出库额的比例由46%下降至23%,药品周转天数由13天下降到7天.结论：药库通过科学、有效的布局设计和流程优化管理可提高仓储能力和周转率.
[ABSTRACT]Objective: To study the existing problems in the management of hospital goods warehouse, puts forward the solving measures. Methods: The optimization of inventory structure; adjustment of the supplier to the hospital pharmacy two library computer management and visualization process, drug labeling management methods, increase storage capacity. Results: 2007~2015, amount of procurement of drugs increased 1.17 times; drug turnover index by 2.38 to 5.13; drug storehouse monthly drug inventory amount accounted for the proportion of the amount of outbound by 46% drop to 23%, drug turnover days by 13 world down to 7 days. Conclusion: Pharmacy store, through scientific and effective layout design and process optimization management can improve the capacity of storage and turnover rate.
