摘要
设计了一种冷链设备无线温度控制系统,该系统主要由温度采集模块、无线中继模块、主控机软件等部分组成。系统采用ATmega128L作为温度采集基站控制器,基站和终端节点通过基于Zig Bee的CC2420无线收发芯片进行数据传输,软件系统汇总各节点传来的监测数据,并根据设定的产品的温度限制指标,对冷链设备中温度的变化进行分析,如发现超标和异常情况,系统将通过各种通信机制,发出预报警信息。该系统能够满足控制要求,且经济实惠,易于推广应用。
A wireless temperature control system of cold chain equipment is designed. The system is composed of temperature acquisition module,wireless relay module,master control software and so on. The system uses ATmega128 L as the base station controller,base station and terminal node through the CC2420 Zig Bee wireless transceiver chip for data transmission,software system to collect the monitoring data of each node,and according to the set of product temperature limit index,the temperature of cold chain equipment analysis,if found excessive and abnormal situation,the system will send out the warning information. The system can meet the control requirements,and affordable,easy to promote the application.
