摘要 目的:探讨基层医院多重耐药菌监测的持续质量改进方法。方法:分析多重耐药菌监测中存在的问题:微生物标本送检率低、多重耐药菌发现率低。针对上述问题,2012年7月至12月,运用PDCA管理模式进行持续质量改进。结果:运用PDCA管理模式前后(2012年1至6月与2012年7至12月)微生物标本送检率从14.60%上升到34.54%(P<0.01),多重耐药菌发现率从11.90%下降为8.33%(P<0.01),多重耐药菌发生率(新MDROs分离数/千患者住院日)从0.51‰上升到0.67‰(P>0.05)。结论:PDCA管理循环是促进多重耐药菌监测持续质量改进的好方法。 Objective:To investigate the methods for continuous quality improvement of multiple drug-resistant bacteria monitoring in B-level hospitals Methods:The 2problems in multiple drugresistant bacteria monitoring had been analyzed:low microbial specimen inspection rate and low discovery rate of multiple drug-resistant bacteria.The PDCA management model had been applied from July to December 2012 in the analysis of the above 2problems to improve monitoring quality continuously.Results:The microbial specimen inspection rate rose from 14.60%in the first half of2012 to 34.54%in the second half after using PDCA management model(P<0.01);the discovery rate of multiple drug-resistant bacteria decreased from 11.90% to 8.33%(P<0.01);the incidence rate of multiple drug-resistant bacteria(new MDROS separation number/hospitalization days of a thousand patients)rose from 0.51‰to 0.67‰(P>0.05).Conclusion:PDCA management cycle is agood method to promote the continuous quality improvement in drug-resistant bacteria monitoring.
