摘要
器官移植受者术后在服用免疫抑制剂的同时进食西柚,可能改变免疫抑制剂血药浓度及药效,这与西柚中呋喃香豆素、黄酮类化合物等特殊成分有关,其作用靶点主要在细胞色素P450、P-糖蛋白及有机阴离子转运多肽。本文通过对西柚中主要有效成分及其影响免疫抑制剂代谢的作用靶点作一综述,以阐明西柚影响免疫抑制剂的代谢机制。
The patients after organ transplantation taking immunosuppressor as well as grapefruit at the same time, the blood concentration and drug efficacy of immunosuppressor may alter, which are mainly associated with some special components in grapefruit such as furanocoumarins and flavonoid whose targets include cytochrome P450, P-glycoprotein and organic anion transporting polypeptides. This article mainly focuses on the effective components in grapefruit and their impacts on the targets of the immunosuppressor's metabolism to further illuminate the metabolic mechanism of grapefruit's influence on immunosuppressor.
