摘要
养殖场中高温高湿和高氨气浓度影响动物生产和生长,因此为了实时监测养殖场中的环境参数,该文采用半导体氨气传感器、温湿度传感器和无线传输模块构成氨气智能检测终端,既能现场监测温湿度和氨气浓度,又可作为节点将检测结果发送到主机上,具有成本低和耐用的特点;通过Matlab软件对氨气浓度和电路输出电压之间的关系进行数据拟合,并将拟合的数据结果通过软件植入单片机,提高数据测量精度的同时,简化了电路的复杂性。
High temperature and humidity and high ammonia concentrations affected production and growth of animals in the farm,so in order to monitor the environmental parameters of farms in real-time,we designed an ammonia intelligent detection terminal using semiconductor ammonia sensor,temperature and humidity sensor and wireless transmission module. The intelligent terminal could monitor temperature,humidity and ammonia concentration of farms onsite,but also as a node sent a detection result to the host,and had the features of low cost and durability. We carried on the data fitting to the relationship between NH3 concentration and output voltage by Matlab software and implanted data results into single chip microcomputer,which improved data accuracy while simplifying the complexity of the circuit.
