摘要
针对复杂多变、强耦合、大延迟、大惯性的循环流化床CFB(circulating fluidized bed)锅炉床温控制系统,采用结构简单、控制参数易于整定、抗干扰能力良好的二自由度模型驱动TDFMD PID控制代替常规PID来满足床温控制要求。通过仿真试验,将TDFMD PID控制与常规PID控制的控制性能进行对比,结果验证了该控制策略的可行性和优越性。
For the bed temperature control system of the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler is complicated,has strong coupling,large delay and inertia,two degrees of freedom model-driven PID(TDFMD PID)control,which has simple structure,easy tuning control parameters,good anti-jamming capability,is applied to satisfy the equirements of the bed temperature control instead of the conventional PID. The control performance of TDFMD PID control and the conventional PID control are compared by simulation experiment,the result verifies the feasibility and superiority of the TDFMD PID control strategy.
