DC-CIK联合化疗对消化道肿瘤患者的治疗效果及免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of DC-CIK Combined with Chemotherapy for Patients with Digestive Tract Cancer and Its Effect on Immune Function

目的研究DC-CIK联合化疗对消化道肿瘤患者的临床疗效及机体免疫功能的影响。方法将80例消化道肿瘤患者随机分为联合治疗组和单纯化疗组,每组40例。单纯化疗组采用消化道肿瘤的经典化疗FOLFOX方案;联合治疗组在单纯化疗组的基础上同时给予DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗,疗程均为24周。分别于治疗前和治疗后对患者进行免疫五项的检测和生活质量评分,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果单纯化疗组治疗后机体免疫功能降低,患者生活质量较差;联合治疗组治疗后机体免疫功能得到不同程度改善,患者生活质量明显提高。两组患者治疗前后免疫功能明显改善,生活质量明显提高。结论 DC-CIK联合化疗能显著提高消化道肿瘤患者的免疫功能和生活质量,是治疗消化道肿瘤的1种安全有效的临床方法。

Objective To study the efficacy of DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy for patients with digestive tract cancer and its effect on immune function. Methods 80 patients with digestive tract tumor were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the simple chemotherapy group,40 cases in each. The chemotherapy group was treated with FOLFOX regimen combined with chemotherapy, and the treatment group was treated with DC-CIK ceils and FOLFOX regimen, both group were treated for 24 weeks. Before and after treatment ,5 factors of immune function and the quality of life score were tested, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment in the simple chemotherapy group, immune function redaced, quality of life was poor ;in the treatment group, immune function improved at different degrees, quality of life improved markedly. Immune function and quality of life of the 2 groups significantly improved before and after treatment. Conclusion DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune function and quality of life of patients with digestive tract cancer,it is a safe and effective clinical treatment for digestive tract cancer.
