摘要
作者在五台山西部1:5万区调工作中,对该区早寒武系浅变质系进行大面积的构造测量,收集了较丰富的构造要素资料,通过几何学分析查明圆锥状褶皱与圆柱状褶皱均有广泛的发育。根据这二种褶皱密切的成因关系,将圆锥褶皱划分为三种不同的成因类型,对它们的构造要素在赤平投影图上的几何学特征,进行了详细的对比与讨论,从而提高了对这一地区褶皱构造性质与演化特征的认识。
During the 1: 50000 regional surveys in the western part of the Wutai Mountains, the author conducted extensive structural measurements of the early Precambrian metamorphic series iu the area, collected a lot of data about structural elements, and ascertained through a geometric analysis the common development of both conical and cylindrical folds. According to the close genetic relation between the two kinds of folds, conical folds may he divided into three different genetic types, and the geometric features of their structural features on the stereographic projection diagram are correlated and discussed in details. Thus a better understanding of the nature and evolution of the fold structures in the area has been gained.
