摘要 阐述了利用离散傅里叶变换实现相位测量的方法 ,并通过其误差分析提出了利用窗函数提高相位测量精度的措施 .基于对 FFT变换后频域内其他谐波分量大小的测量 ,以提高测量结果的可靠性 ;给出了数值仿真结果与应用实例 ,以说明此方法适用的范围与原则 .结果表明 ,这种相位测量方法不但精度有所提高 。 An algorithm of phase measurement based on DFT was presented. Based on the error analysis of Fourier transformation, a precision improvement using window function was shown. It was explained that, through the measurement of harmonics in the frequency domain, it is feasible to determine how reliable the current result is and whether it has been harmed by various noises. Thus the reliability of measurement result is improved. A numerical simulation result and an application example were offered to illustrate which area this method is best suited for. The results show that this method not only has better precision, but also improves the measurement system reliability in the environment with strong noise through the self-diagnose mechanism mentioned above.
