摘要
以Hyper Works软件为平台,建立了某汽车减速器上箱体的有限元模型,并使用RADIOSS求解器进行了模态分析和频率响应分析,得到了结构的固有频率、振型以及简谐垂直力作用下的节点位移频率响应。结果表明:位移频率响应的峰值点均与结构的整体或局部共振有关;从位移频率响应的分布可知,局部位置振幅比较大,建议通过结构优化或者局部布置阻尼材料的方法来改善振动特性;同时这也为以后更全面的动态特性分析奠定基础。
Based on the platform of Hyper Works,we had built the finite element model of a upper box of car gear reducer,then did model analysis and frequency response analysis on it by using RADIOSS solver,got the structural natural frequency,mode of vibration and the displacement frequency response.The results indicated that:the peak value of displacement frequency response was related to the resonance of overall or local structure,according to the distribution of displacement frequency response,local amplitude was larger,suggested structure optimization and damping materials arrangement to improve the vibration characteristics, meanwhile it laid the foundation of more comprehensive dynamic characteristics analysis later.
