儿童泛发性脓疱型银屑病43例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 43 childhood patients with generalized pustular psoriasis

回顾性分析2005-2014年43例儿童泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床资料,其中男22例,女21例。von Zumbusch型26例,环形型8例,局限型9例。发病年龄2个月～14岁,平均发病年龄为6.98±4.57岁。秋季发病15例,夏季11例,冬季9例,春季8例。27例由感染诱发,36例患儿伴有发热;初始皮损表现为红斑基础上的无菌性脓疱。

The clinical data of 43 childhood patients（ 22 males and 21 females） with generalized pustular psoriasis was retrospectively analyzed. Twenty six patients were von Zumbusch type,8 were annulus type and9 were localized. The age at onset was from 2 months to 14 years and the average age at onset was（ 6. 58 ±4. 57）. The onset started in autumn in 15 patients,in summer in 11,in winter in 9 and in spring in 8. The inducing cause of the disease was infection in 27 patients and 36 patients had fever. The initial lesion was sterile pustule on a erythematous base.
