青藏铁路25T型餐车厨房地板积水原因分析及改进措施

摘要 针对青藏铁路25T型餐车检修时厨房地板积水严重的现状,介绍厨房地板的结构,从结构及设计因素、运行线路温度因素2方面分析积水原因。提出增设整体不锈钢盖板、增设挡水条、焊接增加不锈钢横梁、拉铆钉重新选型、增加合适的工艺排水孔的结构改进措施,以及提高检修工艺水平、明确粘接工艺要求的检修质量控制措施。改进措施经实际验证,效果良好。 Serious ponding is detected on the kitchen floor when servicing the 25 T dining-car in trains along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway Line. The article analyzes the causes in view of such two aspects as the structural design factors and the temperature factor along the line. It puts forward some structure-related corrective measures including adding a one-piece stainless steel cover plate, adding a water-containing bar,welding and adding a stainless steel crossbeam,re-selecting the rivets and adding a proper drain hole. Besides,it also puts forward some servicingrelated QC measures including improving the servicing level and defining the bonding requirements. Such corrective measures are practically validated to be sound in effect.
