Study on new technology of oxygen reducing and killing pests

摘要 目的保障人民生命安全,应对来自环境保护、害虫防治不彻底、害虫抗性等问题的挑战,从而限制化学药剂应用,向低温、低氧与生物防治的绿色储粮方向转变。方法针对粮食储存过程中粮食损失严重、防治方法落后的现状,研究控氧生态储粮技术,改变储粮生态环境,从而有效杀灭害虫。结果本实验通过建立模拟实验粮堆,研究应用脱氧杀虫技术,控氧杀虫效果达90%以上时氧气分别为赤拟谷盗2.0%、谷蠹0.30%及米象0.18%,应用0.8 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、1.5 g/kg、2.0 g/kg、3.0 g/kg、5.0 g/kg储氧宝对谷蠹、米象、赤拟谷盗及0.3 g/kg、0.5 g/kg对赤拟谷盗及0.5 g/kg对谷蠹杀灭效果在90%以上;稻谷应用脱氧剂储氧宝0.2 g/kg、0.5 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、1.5 g/kg、2.0g/kg、2.5 g/kg、3.0 g/kg、4.0 g/kg、5.0 g/kg、10.0 g/kg对稻谷发芽率无显著影响。结论脱氧剂化学降氧杀虫技术绿色环保,安全高效,可保障粮食安全。 Objective Grain safety is directly related to the health and life safety of the people. In order to protect the safety of people's lives to deal with from environmental protection,pest control is not complete,pest resistance challenge,thus limiting application in the pharmaceutical chemistry,transition to low temperature,hypoxia and biological control of green grain storage. Methods This paper for grain storage situation of backward in the process of grain loss serious,prevention methods,the effects of controlled oxygen ecological grain storage technology,grain changes in the ecological environment,can effectively kill pests to solve the currently chemical control method caused custody grain pesticide residue and pollution,pests of the increasingly serious problem of pesticide resistance. Results In this experiment,through the establishment of simulation experiment of grain pile,application of 0. 18% and 0. 30% respectively,control effect can reach more than 90% for T castaneum 2. 0%,Rhizopertha dominica,Sitophilus oryzae. The application of 0. 8 g / kg,1. 0 g / kg and 1. 5 g / kg,2. 0 g / kg,3. 0 g / kg and 5. 0g / kg Chuyangbao of Rhizopertha dominica and Sitophilus oryzae,T castaneum and 0. 3 g / kg,0. 5 g / kg of T castaneum and 0. 5g / kg of Rhyzopertha dominica killing effect in more than 90%; rice deoxidizer 0. 2 g / kg,0. 5 g / kg,1. 0 g / kg and 1. 5 g / kg,2. 0 g / kg, 2. 5 g / kg, 3. 0 g / kg, 4. 0 g / kg and 5. 0 g / kg, 10. 0 g / kg of rice germination rate had no significant effect. Conclusion The application of the technology of chemical oxygen reduction and pesticide reduction is green,safe and efficient,which can ensure grain security.
