乌鲁木齐南山大西沟动物及体外寄生蚤调查

Investigations on animal and in vitro parasitic fleas in Urumaqi Nanshan DaXigou

目的了解乌鲁木齐南山大西沟动物及体外寄生蚤数量和分布。方法动物采用野外观察法、路线法、夹日法和样方法等进行调查。结果乌鲁木齐南山大西沟动物种类24种,其中啮齿动物11种。捕获灰旱獭473只,获蚤1 390只;捕获小型鼠114只,获蚤259只。共收集体外寄生蚤17种,虱和蜱各一种。结论乌鲁木齐南山大西沟灰旱獭总体面积分布不均匀,主要呈片状和岛状分布,主要分布在坡地或沟谷,小型鼠类种类和数量均比较稀少。

Objective To investigate the number and distribution of animals and flees in vitro in Nanshan Daxigou of Urumuqi. Methods wild animal observation method,line method,clip on method and sampling method,etc. were employed in this research. Results 24 animal species were found in this region,including 11 species of rodents. 473 gray marmots,with 1 390 fleas,were captured,and 128 small rodents,with 263 fleas,were found. 17 species of flea,one species of lice and ticks were collected in total. Conclusion Da xigou gray marmot overall area uneven,patchy and the main island distribution,mainly slopes or valleys,small rodents type and quantity are relatively scarce.
