青杨天牛成虫防治技术

The control technology of Saperda populnea adult

使用25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号胶悬液、40%氧化乐果乳油、50%敌敌畏乳油、2.5%敌杀死乳油和8%氯氰菊酯微胶囊剂400倍液药剂,对吉林省西部青杨天牛严重危害区洮南市黑水镇培育大苗进行防治试验,结果表明:成虫出孔活动时间为5月上旬,活动期19 d左右,是采取化学防治有利时机,防治时间为杨树叶片全展至开花盛期止;适合药剂为40%氧化乐果乳油和8%氯氰菊酯微胶囊剂,林间防治虫口减退率分别为89.6%和95.5%,有效期分别达到19 d和30 d以上,尤以后者效果最佳。

The control experiment on the seedlings of Heishui county Taonan city which was the serious injury zone of Saperda populnea by using 25% chlorbenzuron Ⅲ glue suspension,40% omethoate emulsifiable solution,50% dichlorvos emulsifiable concentrates,2. 5% deltamethrin emulsifiable concentrates and 8% cypermethrin microcapsule 400 times liqid in the western of Jilin province. The result showed that the activity time out of holes was beginning of May which was the best time to take chemistry control. The activity period was approximately 19 days. The control time was from leaf blade full extension to full bloom stage. The appropriate agent were 40% omethoate emulsifiable solution and 8% cypermethrin microcapsule whose reduce rate was 89. 6% and 95. 5%,respectively. Furthermore,the period of validity was more than 19 d and 30 d. The effect of the latter was the best.
