摘要
由于金属屋面系统的设计方法尚不成熟,近年来金属屋面被狂风掀起的现象时有发生。因此,如何有针对性地开展此类屋面系统的抗风揭性能研究,具有重要的意义。通过试验手段,对工程常见的金属屋面系统进行相关的抗风揭试验研究,获得了相关的荷载-变形、荷载-应变曲线,并对相关试验结果进行分析。试验结果表明:该金属屋面抗风揭能力最薄弱的地方位于支座与屋面板的锁边处,通过在支座和屋面板的锁边位置增加抗风加强夹,能够显著提高屋面的抗风揭能力,且加强夹间距越密,屋面系统的抗风揭能力越强。
Due to the lack of calculation and test methods,the metal roof system is often blown off by strong wind.Therefore,the research on wind uplift capacity for the metal roof system has an important guiding significance. A wind uplifted experimental study was introduced,the related test curves,such as loading-deformation curve and loading-strain curve were obtained also. The test results showed that the seaming lockrand place between support and roof plate was the weakest region to against wind. The wind resistance capacity of the roof could remarkably improved by installing wind resistance clamp at the seaming lockrand place between supports and roof plates. Moreover,the wind uplift capacity of the roof system increase with the decrease of wind resistant clamp spacing
