摘要
目前国内外学者对钢-混凝土组合梁抗火性能的研究均基于普通钢材。选用合理的材料热工性能参数、高温力学性能参数和热-力耦合本构关系,运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立计算模型,分别与耐火钢梁、钢筋混凝土梁以及钢-混凝土组合梁的抗火性能试验结果进行对比,验证所选参数和分析方法的合理性和有效性。在此基础上,比较同等条件下耐火钢与普通钢-混凝土组合梁的抗火性能,发现耐火钢-混凝土组合梁的抗火性能和耐火极限提高显著,因此可以减小防火涂料厚度,降低防火涂料用量。
Current studies of fire resistance of steel-concrete composite beams are mainly based on conventional structural steel. Based on the reasonable thermal and mechanical properties of materials at elevated temperatures,and constitutive relations for thermal and mechanical coupling,the high temperature properties of steel-concrete composite beams were studied by using the finite element software ABAQUS. It was verified that the FEM could be used to estimate the fire resistance of fire-resistant steel-concrete composite beams by comparing the calculating results with the test results.It also was found by comparisons that using fire-resistant steel could improve the fire resistance performance of steelconcrete composite beams. Therefore,the thickness of fire-proof coating could be decreased and the project cost could be reduced.
