Fuzzy Selection for Form Features Based on Function in Molding CAD

摘要 应用模糊逻辑理论 ,讨论了基于特征的注塑件 CAD中从功能需求到形状特征的映射方法 .首先建立功能和形状特征集合 ,其次基于领域知识构造模糊关系转换矩阵 ,最后根据推导的模糊映射算法实现从功能域到形状特征域的映射 .将该方法融于传统 CAD系统中可使 Based on the theory of fuzzy logic, the mapping methodology from functional requirements to form features in feature-based molding CAD was discussed. Firstly, the function and form feature sets are established. Secondly, the fuzzy relation transform matrix is constructed based on domain knowledge. Thirdly, the mapping from function to form feature is realized according to the fuzzy mapping algorithm developed in this paper. An illustrative example was given to show the simplicity and feasibility of this methodology. By integrating the proposed methodology, the conventional CAD system can realize feature-based design based on functional reasoning.
